For members of the BIA, you are automatically invited to the Fairbank Village BIA AGM. You should receive notices from the City of Toronto BIA office, as well as the Fairbank Village BIA office about the AGM.
The 2023 AGM will take place on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at 7:00 PM. The AGM is taking place at St. Hilda’s Senior Community, Main boardroom, 2353 Dufferin St., Lewis Garnsworthy Residence.
Please Note: Registration is required to attend the AGM. The deadline to register is Wednesday, November 8th, 2023. If you are interested in registering for the AGM, please contact info@fairbankvillagebia.ca or 416 646 0661. Proof of BIA membership is required at this in-person meeting to be able to vote once on tabled items.
